The employment agency is focusing on digitalization. From July 1, appointments with advisors will only be possible with an appointment – and these must be booked online. This has been announced by the Reutlingen Employment Agency. Employment agency | Appointments
Thanks to video communication and apps, a personal appointment at the agency is now only necessary “in rare exceptional cases,” according to a press release.
From the same date, it will also no longer be possible to send emails to the relevant agency. Collective mailboxes such as reutlingen@arbeitsagentur.de will be deactivated. Instead, clients should contact the employment agency via apps and e-services. However, personal appointments – by appointment – and telephone calls will still be possible. The end of email communication is justified on the grounds of data protection. “For this reason, the BA has restricted the use of unsecure email communication and is relying on the more secure digital access channels provided by its online portal and app,” the statement continues.
