Under the heading “Tell us your Story”, the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) is asking refugees from Ukraine to take part in a survey about their experiences of fleeing to Germany, their living conditions and plans for the future. “The results will be used to inform policy makers in Europe about the current situation and to better tailor services to refugees from Ukraine,” according to the Germany4ukraine website. The questionnaire is available in English, Ukrainian and Russian. The information will be treated confidentially and anonymized.
The asylum agency launched a survey with the same name back in 2022. One of the findings at the time was that 82% of refugees were women, they were 36 years old on average and 38% of them had fled with children.
