Further training in many professional fields

Many refugees have been working for a long time. Some would like to further their professional training. A network in the Tübingen and Reutlingen region offers many opportunities for this. They are all summarised in a brochure. It also contains tips on financial support. As a general rule, recognised further training projects are tax deductible.
The Employment Agency offers advice to interested parties. For example, in which industries and occupational fields workers are sought. Or which skills will be in demand in the future. In addition, they offer advice on personal career plans for the future. Companies can also contact the experts at the Employment Agency.

Fit in digital and skilled trades
The network’s 50-page brochure lists many forms of continuing education: day courses or multi-year courses, individual coaching or learning groups, and e-learning. The occupational areas and topics are just as diverse: from digital literacy and careers in skilled trades to exam qualifications and specialist topics for specific occupational groups, such as education, social services and healthcare, construction and real estate, trade, banking and insurance, and printing and media technology, including design.
