International Weeks: Diverse Action Against Racism

“100 Percent Human Dignity. Together Against Racism and Right-Wing Extremism”: This is the theme of the 2026 International Weeks Against Racism. They begin on Monday, March 16, and run through Sunday, March 29.
The International Weeks Against Racism aim to send a message of solidarity and stand against exclusion. To this end, associations, migrant organizations, and volunteers in the “Diversity Action Alliance” in the Tübingen district are offering numerous events for people of all ages.

From exhibitions and flash mobs to workshops

The program ranges from lectures and films to panel discussions and a concert, as well as radio broadcasts, karaoke, and workshops—for example, on combating racial profiling. Teenagers can play soccer in an amateur indoor tournament. People with and without disabilities are also invited to participate. Additionally, the French School is organizing a “Diversity” flash mob on Tübingen’s market square, open not only to students. An exhibition, a play, a women’s breakfast, storytelling cafés, and a communal iftar also enrich the program.
