The Tübingen housing benefit office will be open longer from 1 March. The opening hours and telephone hours at Derendinger Straße 50 will be significantly extended, according to the city administration. Office hours will now be Tuesdays from 8.30 a.m. to 12 noon and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. On Wednesdays, it will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Additional appointments can be made by telephone.
Telephone enquiries can be made on Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., on Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon, and on Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
According to a press release, this is intended to reduce waiting times. Regardless of the opening hours, housing benefit applications can still be submitted online, by post or by email.
