Every Wednesday from 3 to 5 p.m., women from Ukraine meet at the Blauen Haus in Herrenberger Straße 61 for a “Vechornytsi” group. At the Weststadt community center, they chat, exchange experiences, organize excursions, do crafts, or put on plays. New guests are always welcome.

“Vechornytsi” are traditional Ukrainian evening gatherings where young people socialize, sing, dance, do handcrafts, or participate in folk rituals. They are especially popular in autumn and winter and often involve preparing food and various forms of entertainment.
