At K.I.O.S.K.’s Level-Up Café, young people up to age 27 can ask all sorts of questions—about topics related to training and work. The café is open every Tuesday from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Poststraße 10 in Tübingen. The motto: just stop by and talk.
Experts answer pressing questions
One of the goals of the K.I.O.S.K. resource center is to help young people make the transition from school to a career. Applying for an apprenticeship or a job raises many questions: for example, what to do after receiving several rejections, or what labor rights entail. The experts at the resource and counseling center know the answers.
Borrow Clothes for Free at the Café
Job interviews are an important topic. The team can also provide support and encouragement in this area—including when dealing with experiences of discrimination. Choosing the right clothes for job interviews is no small matter. You don’t always have the perfect outfit in your own closet. Here, too, the clothing exchange—as mentioned in a K.I.O.S.K. flyer—offers free solutions. There, you’ll find appropriate clothing to make a good impression.
