A new free German B1 practice course is now available at the Tübingen Asylum Center. It is held on Fridays from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the café area of the asylum center (Neckarhalde 40). The course is designed for review, exam preparation, and practice at the B1 level. There is a WhatsApp group for the course. Robin Welsch is accepting registrations at

The course instructor is Hameedi Almohammad, who is from Syria and has been living in Germany since 2015. After completing his studies in Leipzig and earning a master’s degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies, he became involved in integration work. He holds an additional qualification as a teacher of German as a Foreign Language and German as a Second Language (DaF/DaZ) and has official BAMF certification.
