By clicking the button “My customer account,” users can access the individual options. However, logging in with access data is required. These login details are provided with the waste fee notice.
With access via the website, it is possible to:
– register special collections for bulky waste, wooden furniture, metal and electronic waste, as well as express collections,
– report missed waste bin collections,
– register, deregister, or change waste containers,
– download value stamps and fee notices.
Information on Waste Reduction
Collection dates can be viewed in an online calendar (with an email reminder function). In addition, the website provides extensive information on waste reduction, such as an online second-hand marketplace and a repair guide.

For mobile devices, the waste app is recommended. It can be downloaded from common app stores by searching for “Landkreis Tübingen Abfall App.” In addition to the most important functions of the website, the app allows users to receive information about upcoming collection dates and important news related to waste disposal.
