tuenews INTERNATIONAL has two new positions available for the Federal Volunteer Service (Bufdis). The two positions for “Bufdis” have different areas of focus. One position involves working in the social media editorial department, while the other focuses on online news. “We write news and reports relevant to everyday life for people who have recently arrived in Germany and want to integrate here. In doing so, we adhere to journalistic principles and conduct in-depth research,” the job posting states.

Language skills are a plus
Volunteers will work as part of a multilingual editorial team that produces journalistic content specifically for new immigrants. Language skills in English, Arabic, Dari, Farsi, or Ukrainian are a plus when applying. Other areas of focus include the culture of remembrance and the museum scene in the Tübingen region. Tasks range from editorial work and translations to organizational duties. Applicants may be younger or older than 27 years of age.
